Introduction to Leadership Skill for Troops

Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) is recommended* training for youth to understand and appreciate troop leadership roles.  This training session will be taught by skilled youth instructors, with guidance from the course Scoutmaster.  Youth (and their unit leaders) will be able to ask questions, interact with other units, and learn some skills to help them, and their unit, be successful!

Please wear your uniform, bring paper and pen/pencil, a water bottle, and a bag lunch, and $1.00 to cover the activity insurance.  The $1.00 will be collected on site.

*this training is required for Scouts to take NYLT.
