Here's a great opportunity for you to take the basic training you need to be an effective leader in your Pack, Troop or Crew.  Spread the word and bring other leaders.  Take as many courses as you'd like.  The University of Scouting is held once each year and offers the following courses.  Courses may change due to attendance or trainer limitations.
